Relationship Banker - Multiple Locations

We are currently accepting applications for a Relationship Banker in Florida, NY. The Relationship Banker fulfills multiple branch functions, depending on the needs of the organization at any given time. In addition to overseeing the office teller line, the Relationship Banker completes various platform transactions, opening accounts, provides customer service and assists with business development. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years experience in a financial institution. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of the bank products and services. Proven ability to assess needs of current and potential customers by having achieved results using a needs based sales model for referring and cross-selling products and services. Ability to assist in the development and cross training of coworkers. Ability to provide leadership and to supervise others. Float Teller Opportunities

Walden Savings Bank is currently searching for full time Float Tellers for the following locations: East Region Offices: Middlehope, New Windsor, Cornwall & Gardiner Central Region Offices: Scotts Corners, Montgomery, Washingtonville & Florida West Region Offices: Circleville, Pine Bush & Walden The right candidates will be able to provide exceptional customer service and basic product information, in addition to establishing customer rapport and able to identify cross-sell opportunities. Financial Advisor

Walden Investment Services* located at Walden Savings Bank is now accepting applications for a Senior Financial Advisor. This individual will work closely with clients to develop customized financial plans based on their unique financial situation and manage their portfolio to help reach their financial goals. You will work collaboratively in a team environment partnering with internal representatives, retail delivery and our branch network. As a Senior Financial Advisor you will act as a liaison between branches and business partners to generate leads, identify opportunities and generate fee income by offering investment vehicles including mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities, individual stocks, bonds and insurance products. Major Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the sales and distribution of personal investment and insurance products to individual and business customers. • Provides ongoing financial planning, annual client reviews and counseling that meet the needs of our customers. • Generates referrals for personal and business investment sales opportunities and cross sells to other bank lines of business. • Maintains a high level of sales activity that will meet or exceed agreed upon budget goals. • Assist in providing referral and product training to non-licensed bank employees. • Maintains extensive knowledge of current industry practices and trends and bank products and services by attending WSB and Broker/Dealer continuing education training, seminars and firm element. • Maintains proper client documentation and paperwork, complying with applicable laws and regulations. • Participates in civic activities to promote growth and development of the community and a positive image for the bank. • Participates in management and marketing meetings, special projects and customer educational seminars to support sales efforts. Education & Experience: • FINRA (formerly NASD) Series 7, Series 63, Life and Health Insurance license. Series 24 preferred. • 4 Year college degree or equivalent experience in investment sales. • 3-5 Years retail investment sales experience required. Loan Analyst

The Retail Lending department is currently accepting applications for a Loan Analyst. This individual will be responsible for gathering and analyzing mortgage and consumer loan data for the Retail Lending department. The selected candidate will build, run and analyze reports monitoring changes and trends in the lending portfolio. Act as the loan origination and servicing IT systems expert/administrator to help improve efficiencies within those areas. The ideal candidate will manage and perform the department quality control function, checking for completeness, accuracy and red flags against fraud. BSA Specialist

Walden Savings Bank is now accepting applications for a BSA Specialist. This individual will be responsible for performing daily duties as well as acting as a backup for the BSA Officer. The BSA Specialist will be responsible to learn all the functions of the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program, regulations issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and all other related anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Reviews and tracks Currency Transaction Reports for proper and timely electronic filing via FinCEN's BSA E-Filing System. Analyzes BSA/AML system software generated alerts to determine if they are suspicious in nature and takes appropriate action in resolution of alert. Review and resolve Watch List Alerts generated from BSA/AML software due to regulatory generated monitoring lists. Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports. Reviews daily new account reports and associated risk assessment forms for new account expected behavior monitoring to assist in the Enhanced Due Diligence function. Assists BSA Officer in coordinating regulatory examinations as they related to BSA/AML/CIP/EDD and OFAC related issues. Provides Branch and Back Office support on day-to-day issues related to BSA. Assists in annual training of staff. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and work experience. Minimum 2 years banking experience in banking operations with hands on knowledge of BSA/AML policies, procedures and operations. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong PC skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and familiar with Internet Searches. Able to work independently with limited direction from Supervisor. Ability to communicate at all levels.
